ZEALT is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and which choices you have when using the ZEALT mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

• Account information (display name, email address, profile image if provided)
• User content (Posts and captions submitted to Zeals, optional profile bio, preferences)
• Device and usage data (device model, OS, app version, log events, crash diagnostics, approximate network metadata)
• Purchase and plan metadata (subscription status and entitlement state processed through app-store billing)

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide and improve ZEALT features
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Deliver and moderate user-generated content
• Operate analytics, performance monitoring, and abuse prevention
• Manage subscriptions, entitlements, and support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

ZEALT does not sell personal data.

3. Content Visibility and Retention

Zeal posts are designed to be temporary and are removed from normal in-app visibility after their lifecycle. Some data may remain in backup, security, or moderation systems for a limited period where required for fraud prevention, abuse handling, legal compliance, or incident response.

4. Cookies, SDKs, and Similar Technologies

ZEALT may use SDK-based identifiers, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, app reliability, analytics, preferences, and security.

5. Third-Party Processors

ZEALT uses third-party infrastructure and analytics providers, including Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crash reporting). These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can also delete your account from the app settings where available.

7. Children

ZEALT is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child submitted personal data, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
