ZEALT Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ZEALT mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using ZEALT, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or older if required by local law). You are responsible for your account credentials and activity under your account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to violate law, infringe rights, harass users, distribute abusive content, bypass security controls, or use automation that harms ZEALT operations.

3. User Content

You retain rights to content you submit. By posting content, you grant ZEALT a limited license to host, process, display, and moderate that content to operate the service. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

4. Temporary Content Behavior

ZEALT is designed around time-limited content visibility. Availability and retention windows may vary due to technical, moderation, backup, or legal requirements.

5. Paid Features and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid plan or subscription. Billing is handled by the applicable app store (such as the App Store on iPhone). Renewals, cancellations, free trials, and refunds are governed by the app-store rules and your store account settings.

6. Service Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also set or change usage limits to protect reliability and safety.

7. Termination

You may stop using ZEALT at any time and may request account deletion through app settings or support. We may suspend or terminate access for policy violations, abuse, fraud, or legal reasons.

8. Disclaimers

ZEALT is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZEALT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the ZEALT operating entity is established, excluding conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
